As a Project Engineer at JB&B, Nate has designed mechanical systems for multi-million-dollar buildings across the world. Currently, Nate is the mechanical engineer for the design and construction of One Manhattan West, a 995 ft tall, multi-billion-dollar, skyscraper under construction on the west side of Manhattan.

Nate's day to day responsibilities includes calculating building energy loads, specifying equipment, negotiating project and equipment designs and requirements with architects, engineers, clients, vendors, and contractors, and providing on-site quality control of the final installation. Other obligations include reviewing tenant contracts, contractor change orders, and proposals.

Nate is a Dual US/UK citizen and spent a majority of his childhood growing up in the United Kingdom while attending TASIS England. Nate moved to Weston, Massachusetts his sophomore year of high school and after graduating from Weston High School he attended The Pennsylvania State University - University Park and graduate with a bachelor's in Architectural Engineering (B.A.E.).

Nate is excited to begin his journey as a MBA candidate in the Cornell - SC Johnson class of 2020, and looking to transition into a roll in management consulting.

When he is not designing buildings, Nate enjoys playing rugby, skiing, snowboarding, hiking, and travelling with friends and family.
